Analysis:
First off let me start by saying NO CARDS ARE BAD CHOICES, you can build a deck that revolves around a "bad" card and it will be a good deck, purely because the deck actually has a clear goal. So let's start.

"Oh Wow 21 Grade 0's!?!" Yep... 21 Grade 0's. There currently two "builds" you can make with Tachikaze with the English cards. They both revolve around Deathrex but have a different set of rearguards. There's Sparksaurus or Shieldon, I chose Shieldon and here's why. Shieldon is a flat 6k, no abilities Grade 0 with 10k shield. Sparksaurus is 5k with 5k shield and has an ability that allows you to replace him when he is sent to the drop zone if you discard one card. So you are losing hand size to get back a pretty bad rearguard on your back row, simply not worth it. That is why I chose Shieldon, he is just better in almost every way. Dragon Egg is currently the only First Vanguard for Tachikaze but quite frankly is amazing. He has Pioneer and can be returned to your hand from the drop zone for Counter Blasting 1. The only trigger setup possible at the moment is 4/4/4/4 which is fine because thats the most balanced setup.

Grade 1's are where it gets tough to choose, if you were running with Sparksaurus you wouldn't need those Grade 0 Shieldons. Sonic Noa, vanilla 8k so why not. Savage warrior works very nice alongside the whole deck, during your turn he gains 1k power when one of your rearguards is sent to the dropzone. Dragon Monk, Gojo is a Kagero card, yes. However, his ability is universal and can be used with any clans vanguard. He's a 7k booster and allows you to drop a card to draw a new one, excellent if you're grade screwed (Haven't needed to use it yet though). I had to choose between this guy and Winged Dragon, Skypterra. They are both very good for this deck but I just preferred the extra power. And finally Archbird, I NEVER run 4 Omniguards, theres just no need. Quite bluntly, if you rely on 4 Omniguards then you're not that great of a player. Most deck's I choose to run 3 if it's possible, this one however has enough to guard with anyway due to the extra 0's. Adding another Omniguard would just inhibit your play quality due to a higher chance of being grade screwed and needing to ride one etc etc. In general I don't like Omniguards but they're somewhat needed (I'll be doing a full post about Omniguards and the current state of the meta soon).

Grade 2's are a no brainer for the T-kay-kay. ALL THE CANNONGEAR! Love me some Cannongear, his art is amazing and he is easily the best Grade 2 11k across all clans. When he is called to V or R you MUST retire a rearguard, this is no problem if you have Dragon Egg on the field. If you have no Rearguards and ride him then nothing happens. If you call him to R and have no rearguard then he needs to retire himself, which ain't great. So make sure you always have at least one thing to retire even if you can't get it back from the dropzone. Blightops is very nice, 9k interceptor and if it goes from R to the dropzone CB1 and put a 10kShield/6kBooster in hand, neat! His ability will not work if you intercept, as soon as he intercept he is in the G not R. Finally we have enough room left for three vanilla 10k's, it may be an idea to swap one Cannongear out to get a fourth 10k but I just love Cannongear.

Grade 3's you have four cards to choose from. Deathrex, Gigarex, Blastsaurus and Chaos Dragon Dinchaos chas dino chaos. Blastsaurus is a 9k Grade 3 with the same ability as Sparksaurus, so he isn't great... Deathrex is a must in this deck, he is your main Vanguard. When on V he gets an extra 5k when attacking making the 21k+ bracket easy to reach. If his attack hits you have to retire a rearguard, no problem with Dragon Egg constantly sitting behind a Cannongear. On rearguard Deathrex is simply a Vanilla 10k. Gigarex works far better on R than he does on V, especially with Deathrex. Gigarex has the same ability as Savage Warrior meaning he will get an extra 1k if something is retired. And finally Dinochaos, superior ride hooooooo! If you have a Grade 2 vanguard this lets you superior ride to grade 3 by revealing him and retiring two Tachikaze rearguards, note that they must be Tachikaze so you can't use the Dragon Monk's for this.

If I've missed anything or you would like me to elaborate further then leave a comment.
